The Operations Intern will contribute to the efficient functioning of People’s Community Clinic by assisting the Operations Coordinator in various administrative and operational tasks. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations while supporting our mission of providing high-quality care to the community.
OBJECTIVE: The primary objective of the Operations Intern is to assist the Operations Coordinator in streamlining daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing overall patient experience.
This position is available to students who qualify for Work-Study through their university, where we are an approved Work-Study site.
Under the supervision of the Operations Coordinator, this individual’s primary responsibilities include:
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or operational role is preferred but not required.
