  The Lead Medical Scribe is a crucial member of the Pediatrics Health team, responsible for assisting healthcare providers in documenting patient encounters accurately and efficiently. This role involves supporting with the training of medical scribes, ensuring the highest level of support and service to healthcare professionals and patients. The Lead Medical Scribe plays a pivotal role in improving the quality of patient care and streamlining clinical operations.   The starting range for this position is $17 - $20 hourly.

The Lead Medical Scribe plays a pivotal role in improving the quality of patient care and streamlining clinical operations.   The starting range for this position is $17 - $20 hourly.

  The Development Associate is responsible for coordinating special events alongside the Development team to maximize financial resources and strengthen community involvement.   Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work Schedule: Four days onsite, one day remote, with occasional weekend work as needed  

  Supports the mission of People's Community Clinic by leading efforts to develop a population health program to include closing population health care gaps, coordinating implementation of risk stratification and panel-based care coordination, developing processes to reduce unnecessary ER and hospital visits, achieving quality performance goals that improve patient care, and managing and implementing value-based contracts.   The starting pay range for this position is between $90,000 - $100,000 annually.   

Supports the mission of People's Community Clinic by coordinating the closing of population health care gaps, developing processes to reduce unnecessary ER and hospital visits, and achieving performance goals that improve patient care.   The starting pay range for this position is between $70,000 - $80,000 annually.   

  Health Educators support the mission of PCC by providing excellent patient support, education, and advocacy in all areas of health that directly contribute to critical clinic outcomes.   The starting hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00.  

  Help coordinate the flow of patients through the front office in a manner that reflects superior customer service and ensures timely patient care.   The starting range for this position is $15.00 - $17.50 hourly. $750 Sign On Bonus!   This is a Part- Time popsition working in the eveining. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4pm - 8:30 pm.

  The HIM Imaging Specialist helps fulfill the mission of People's Community Clinic by assuring that electronic health records are managed effectively and efficiently while always maintaining the highest standard of confidentiality as per HIPAA guidelines.   The salary for this position is between $16 - $19 hourly

HOURS: 10 Hours Per Week  PURPOSE: The Digital Marketing Intern at People's Community Clinic will play a pivotal role in supporting the communication and marketing efforts of the clinic. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in social marketing within the unique context of a healthcare nonprofit, under the guidance of the Chief Development Officer.   OBJECTIVE: The objective of this internship is to provide the intern with hands-on experience in creating impactful digital marketing campaigns that resonate with the clinic's mission of providing quality healthcare to the community. The intern will work collaboratively with the Chief Development Officer and the communications team to contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the clinic's visual identity and outreach initiatives.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Under the supervision of the Chief Development Officer, this individual's primary responsibilities include: • Collaborate with the development team to craft compelling posts and videos for digital platforms, including social media, the clinic's website, and email campaigns. • Support the design and editing of marketing materials, presentations, and other visual content that aligns with the clinic's branding guidelines. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative design concepts for upcoming campaigns, projects, and fundraising events. • Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to produce high-quality visual content that effectively communicates the clinic's values and messages. • Incorporate feedback from the Chief Development Officer and the development team to refine and iterate on designs. • Stay informed about design trends, particularly in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors, to ensure the clinic's marketing efforts are contemporary and impactful.

  Provides medical care and support to patients in a manner consistent with clinic values and standards.   This is a full-time position working 6 clinics and 1 hospital shift per week.

  Assist with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician or registered nurse.   The starting range for this position is $19.25 - $25.25 hourly.   $750 Sign-on Bonus! 

    Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols in assigned specialty.   The starting range for this position is $65,000- $80,000 annually. 

  Supports the mission of People's Community Clinic by providing therapeutic behavioral intervention and social services to high risk patients and interfacing with other health and human service provider agencies and individuals to promote patient care and community support.    The starting salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually based on licensure and experience.

  Financial Counselors help fulfill the mission of People's Community Clinic by screening and enrolling patients in various insurance products in a sensitive and respectful manner.   The starting hourly pay rate for this position is between $17 - $19 hourly. This position may require occasional coverage at out North location. 

  The Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant (IECMHC) supports the mission of People's Community Clinic by supporting caregivers of young children, early childhood staff, and pediatric staff. The IECMHC works conjointly within the pediatric department to promote healthy relationships, foster positive parenting, strengthen early social and emotional development, and ensure access to services to address both child and family needs.    The starting Salary range for this position is between $68,000 - $72,000 annually. 

  Provide therapeutic behavioral intervention, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, to youth with school, behavior, and developmental problems and interfacing with other health and human service provider agencies and individuals to promote patient care and community support.   The starting salary range for this position is between $72,000 - $78,000 annually.
